At the current stage of Ukraine’s development updating educational system accentuates. It is oriented on entering the world educational environment, so the process is characterized by essential changes in pedagogical theory and in organization of the teaching process.
The transition of education from the traditional to the person – oriented model, the introduction of the Basic component of pre-school education as a state standard requires from higher education institutions the perfect training of future teachers in the field of pre-school education.
The main aim of the department of pre-school education is to ensure the quality of education and the training of highly skilled pre-school teachers.
